Is there a muscle confusion book?
While you could say that the "P90X Tony Horton Book" is a book about the muscle confusion principal. Nevertheless, it's not really a book but a training and nutrition manual. Anyways, I have been a little busy lately and haven't really updated this website.
You could say that this entire website is a muscle confusion book.
However, yesterday I received my brand-new Windows 7 based Dell computer system. It came with a 25 inch screen, the new IE 7 quad core chip from Intel, 18 GB of RAM and 2 TB of hard drive. As well as an upgraded graphics card and sound card.
So, to say the least I was all excited to get to work on the new computer.
Consequently, I decided to write three new articles and answer the MOST common questions about… What is muscle confusion and does it really work… muscle confusion myth… And P90X muscle confusion.
